Good to know
This ranking tracks the biggest YouTube channels on the planet using the public statistics YouTube itself reports โ subscriber count, total views and number of uploads. Every channel name above is clickable: open it to see recent uploads, a long-form vs Shorts breakdown, an estimated monthly revenue range and channels similar to it.
Use the filters on the side to explore the same ranking by country (for example the top channels from India, the United States or Bangladesh) or by category such as Music, Gaming, Kids, Sports and Education. Country and category lists are built from the same daily data, so a channel keeps one consistent worldwide rank everywhere it appears.
One thing to keep in mind: subscriber count is not income. A smaller finance or technology channel can easily out-earn a much bigger entertainment channel, because advertisers pay very different rates per niche and audience country. That is why every channel page also shows an earnings estimate based on recent views โ treat it as a realistic range, not an exact salary.
The same method vidIQ and Social Blade use โ no scraping, no guesswork:
We keep our own channel index
A curated list of the world's biggest channels across every country and category. YouTube has no public "top channels" API, so every stats site maintains its own index.
We fetch public stats daily
Once a day we call the official YouTube Data API (channels.list) for every channel in the index and record subscribers, total views and video count.
We rank and estimate
Channels are sorted by subscriber count. Earnings are estimated from recent views and category-based RPM ranges โ always shown as an estimate, never as exact income.
Everything is cached for 24 hours
Pages load instantly from cache and numbers refresh once a day, so the data you see is never more than a day old.
